UTMA P20 CNC
The automatic profiling machine Model P20 CNC was designed and built to optimise production costs and times, for both the profiling of individual special tools and for the mass production of similar tools.
Starting from a profile developed with CAD software, we can easily obtain the same profile on the installed tool. The P20 CNC can build or re-sharpen profiled tools such as:
HM and HSS braze-welded cutters, Knife-holder heads with corrugated HSS knives, Small interchangeable HM knives.
The P20 CNC can be equipped with the following accessories:
– Extraction system (centrifugal or electrostatic)
– Magnetic separator for coolant filtration
– Coolant tank with automatic paper filter
– Fire-fighting system
